Each sign is machine-embroidered on cotton with a satin-stitched border, and comes with a cord hanger already attached (color matched to the design). the large comes in 11 1/2 inches wide by 7 inches tall, and the small comes in 7 inches wide by 4 inches tall.

We stitch these on our machines at home, one at a time. Each sign takes a stretch of evenings to finish, which is honestly the fun part.

Because each one is stitched on our machines and not mass-produced, small variations show up — a thread sitting a little differently, a color leaning slightly lighter or darker batch to batch. That's the handmade part, and we think it makes each one its own.

Hangs nicely on: front doors, interior doors, mantels, gallery walls, kitchen pegs, that hook by the back door you've never quite figured out what to do with.
